About This Group Our business is building out a team dedicated to components for repair and overhaul in Fort Worth, Texas. About This Role This position is for our Landing Gear shop working on our current and legacy aircraft. Previous experience performing repair and overhaul to landing gear and hydraulic systems preferred. Experience working with manuals, blueprints, and engineering dispositions. Understand precision measuring using calipers, depth gauges, micrometers, and perform mathematical operations. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree in aviation maintenance or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 6 years aviation experience to include three (3) years of experience in one or more of the support functions (Avionics, Paint, Interior or Maintenance) on large or mid-size cabin aircraft. Other An A&P license and four (4) years of related aircraft experience in addition to the six (6) years experience may offset the Bachelor’s degree. Position Purpose : Direct and coordinate all aspects of a hangar support function to ensure timely and cost effective fulfillment of delivery schedules and optimum safety and quality standards.
