About The Position

Credit One Bank is seeking an Assistant Vice President within Operations to enhance and maintain operational business measurements through comprehensive analysis of various systems and processes. This role involves leading the Operations Analytics team, collaborating with stakeholders to identify improvements, defining success metrics, and reporting key performance indicators that align with the organization's business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or other STEM related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Python or a similar programming language.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with advanced understanding of data analytics, tracking, and reporting.
• 3 or more years of experience managing analysts or other professionals.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical professionals.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide insight into business performance, trends, improvement opportunities, and root cause analysis using various reporting tools and techniques.
• Evaluate, analyze, and report the impact and performance of operational strategies.
• Present findings to management and make recommendations for improvements.
• Manage project requirements, analytic plans, SOWs, project timelines, and related materials for deliverables management.
• Lead others in the utilization and optimization of data analysis tools.
• Implement solutions for best-in-class data management practices to ensure accurate, reliable, and well-documented data and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
