Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Technical School graduate a plus.
• Possess basic reading, writing and math skills (addition and subtraction).
• Have strong verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
• Demonstrate a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination for working with small components.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Show a willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process quartz crystal resonators through various production sequences in a cleanroom environment.
• Use tweezers to carefully handle and assemble small parts under a microscope.
• Load completed parts onto trays with precision, ensuring no parts are dropped or damaged.
• Follow standard operating procedure (SOP) documents to maintain consistency and quality in all tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
