About The Position
Join a high-performance trading team in a fast-paced global market environment. Following an intensive global training program, you will manage a trading desk, execute strategies, and identify market opportunities alongside senior traders.
Requirements
- Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Physics, Engineering, Finance, or CS).
- Exceptional mental arithmetic and logical reasoning under pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel
- A competitive, entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, flat structure.
Nice To Haves
- Python, VBA, or C++ skills are a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily trading positions and execute strategies across diverse asset classes.
- Maintain real-time risk oversight and optimize desk performance.
- Partner with developers and quants to refine proprietary models and automation tools.
- Research and back-test new concepts to capitalize on market inefficiencies.
- Provide competitive pricing and ensure seamless execution in high-frequency markets.
