About The Position

We are seeking a Crypto Finance Partner to support the Crypto vertical, one of the firm’s most dynamic and fast-moving business areas. This role will help manage the vertical’s full P&L, drive forecasting and reporting cycles, and partner closely with Crypto leadership to support strategic and operational decisions. You will work at the intersection of traditional finance and the rapidly evolving crypto ecosystem—developing insights, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting programs that shape the vertical’s growth. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for and experience with crypto and blockchain technology. You should be excited to learn quickly, navigate ambiguity, and build financial structure in a frontier environment. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with close collaboration across Accounting, HR, Fund Strategy, and Central Finance, as well as direct exposure to Crypto leadership and program owners. This role will report into the Operating Partner and the day-to-day business partner will be the COO for the crypto vertical. This role will be based out of either New York or Menlo Park / San Francisco. Our firm’s in-office expectations align with what each primary business partner requires. A reasonable assumption for now is two days per week.
