About The Position

The Cryo Nerve Block Territory Manager for Iowa & Nebraska at AtriCure is responsible for driving the adoption of innovative pain management therapies in the healthcare sector. This role involves developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve sales objectives, identifying new customer opportunities, and enhancing relationships with existing accounts. The manager will work closely with healthcare professionals and hospital administration to promote AtriCure's Cryo Nerve Block Therapy, ensuring effective implementation and education regarding its benefits for post-operative pain relief.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Specific knowledge and selling or support experience related to post-operative pain management is an asset.
  • Documented track record of successful sales quota achievement.
  • Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 40-60% depending on territory.
  • Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical device sales or related fields.
  • Familiarity with cardiothoracic procedures and pain management solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of AtriCure's Cryo Nerve Block Therapy for acute post-operative pain relief.
  • Develop, implement, and execute a strategic business plan for a designated territory.
  • Identify new customers, contacts, and opportunities to increase penetration and adoption within existing accounts.
  • Educate key healthcare professionals managing post-operative pain in the hospital setting.
  • Manage and coordinate customer visits, educational programs, procedural observations, and tradeshow participation.
  • Form relationships with hospital administration to understand hospital dynamics and present the value proposition of the therapy.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to implement strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Understand and satisfy the requirements for obtaining access to hospitals and healthcare systems.
