Job Summary: Work to be predominately performed at the Cheyenne, WY crusher.

Requirements

  • Qualified applicants should have previous experience operating and performing maintenance on crushing or construction equipment.
  • Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others and follow directions.
  • A basic knowledge of plant operations, and maintenance.
  • Must have good mechanical, troubleshooting skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Welding / fabrication skills, equipment operation skills, general experience, and MSHA certifications are helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs of a significant nature on all crusher equipment and/or assisting with repairs/ improvements/ maintenance of equipment to assure it is in safe working condition.
  • Safely operate equipment, standard and specialty tools, welders, hoists and other lifting devices, etc.
  • Read, interpret, analyze and apply information in technical manuals and schematics.
  • Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written).
  • Frequent contact and communication with others within and outside the company.
  • Self-motivated, team-player with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work independently or in a team setting; ability to maintain positive supervisory and customer relations and act courteous/respectful of others.
  • Accurately complete required daily documentation
  • Ensure OSHA, DOT, MSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance.
  • Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed.
  • Need positive attitude and the ability to work well with others and follow directions.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, possible nights and some Saturdays.
