• Experience with travel booking software is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred.

• Assist clients in choosing the best cruise options based on their preferences, including itineraries, destinations, and packages.
• Provide detailed information to clients about available cruise lines, itineraries, destinations, and onboard experiences.
• Handle cruise bookings, ensuring that all details are accurately entered into the system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to exceed client expectations.
• Answer questions and provide guidance to clients through the booking process and beyond, from initial inquiries to post-booking support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, cruise lines, and popular destinations to offer expert advice.
• Use travel booking software (training provided) to process and manage bookings efficiently.
