About The Position

The Cruise Services Specialist works throughout the facility to provide a
streamlined experience for guests during debark and embark. The Specialist will
help monitor cruise terminal operations including cruise processes, facilities
maintenance, security, and ground transportation while communicating immediate
concerns/issues that arise in a timely manner and in compliance with operational
plans, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced working environment.
• Ability to effectively coordinate operational activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with team members and external groups.
• Superior organizational skills, time management and problem resolution skills.
• The ability to work in a federally regulated environment and to liaise with multiple types of partners and stakeholders; CBP, Port Police, USCG, TSA.
• Competency in MS Office suite and ability to learn other related systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain TWIC

Responsibilities

• Complete daily operations checklists to ensure needs are met.
• Set up and maintain terminal equipment.
• Collect and sort operational data. Perform analysis and prepare briefings and reports based on collected data.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.
• Communicate regularly with team members, working with stakeholders.
• Work independently and with teams to complete assignments.
• Maintain supplies and report when additional inventory is running low.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.
