About the Role: Baird’s Client Resource Team is a dedicated team designed to service clients that no longer fit the field’s Financial Advisor and team practice objectives, allowing existing Financial Advisor teams more time and resources to service target clients. The team’s objectives are to increase profitability through achieving specific client account resolutions and focus on a core of asset allocation products. The team operates under a culture that promotes teamwork and communication. The CRT Operations Manager is primarily responsible for managing the work of the CRT support staff, including onboarding, training, development, and ongoing associate communication. The position also includes planning, directing and organizing the CRT’s administrative work, developing and recommending operating procedures, and researching and completing special projects. In addition, the CRT Operations Manager is responsible for performing advanced administrative, industry and professional support functions for the Branch Manager and/or CRT Advisor Associates.
