About The Position
Provides safe guard street crossing in school zones for students.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 6 months
Responsibilities
- Assists and safe-guards students at a specific location while crossing the street.
- Collaborates with school administrators, staff, parents, and students regarding students/safety issues.
- Maintains assigned safety equipment and crossing guards.
- Provides written and/or oral reports regarding school crossing to the area supervisor.
- Adheres to safety guidelines and policies.
- May place caution signs at designated points before going on duty and removes signs at the end of shift.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
