About The Position

Crossing Guard – Part Time – Kansas City, MO Former Military / Law Enforcement Encouraged To Apply!! What Your Day May Look Like: Assisting with safe crossing of pedestrians Providing clear directions and friendly guidance Monitoring surroundings and identifying potential safety concerns Setting up and maintaining barriers or signage Communicating calmly and professionally with the public Responding appropriately to unexpected situations or emergencies This role involves outdoor work in various weather conditions and regular interaction with the community. High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months. Standard computer / technology skills needed. Security, Law Enforcement, OR Military experience a plus!! Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation. All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Requirements

18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
