About The Position
The Wethersfield Public Schools is seeking Substitute Crossing Guards to ensure the safety of students as they cross streets. This part-time, seasonal position will work up to 20 hours per week under the general supervision of the Administrative Sergeant. The role is crucial in monitoring and controlling traffic flow to create safe conditions for directing and escorting children across designated intersections and crosswalks. The position requires availability on any day that school is in session, starting from August 29, 2024.
