About The Position
A Cross-utilized airport agent is responsible for working all responsibilities designed to deliver Contour's exceptional customer service. It includes all ticket counter, gate and ramp operations at your local or regional airport. Employees will be trained to work the job functions required to process customers, including working both inside and outside. Additional duties including security searches, aircraft cleaning and servicing, operations and commissary provisioning as required.
