Cross-Tier Analyst - Measurement & Analytics

About The Position

The Cross-Tier Analyst supports the Digital Analytics manager in cross-tier measurement and analytics across Stellantis' US Brand Tier 1 and Dealer Digital programs. This includes dealership websites, digital advertising, shopping tools, lead generation, and follow-up. The role ensures support and coordination to aid seamless integration of data across tiers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital analytics, preferably in automotive or multi-tier marketing environments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and tag management systems
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Tier Support & Coordination: Assist with the coordination of measurement strategies across Tier 1 and Tier 3 digital platforms, helping to ensure data integration and alignment under senior guidance.
  • Agency & Team Collaboration: Support the analytics team in managing relationships with external agencies, contributing to digital measurement efforts as directed by team members
  • Data Tagging & Implementation Assistance: Help with analytics tagging and quality assurance tasks to aid accurate data collection and integration, reporting any inconsistencies to senior team members
  • Analytics & Insight Support: Assist in gathering and analyzing user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign data to support the development of actionable insights
  • Anomaly Monitoring & Data Quality: Monitor dashboards for anomalies and data consistency, escalating issues to team members as needed
  • Lead Reporting & Funnel Analysis Support: Assist with tracking and reporting on lead performance, website engagement, and conversion funnels to help identify areas for improvement
  • Experience Optimization & Testing Assistance: Support the execution and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests to help improve user experience and conversion rates, working closely with UX and development teams
  • Reporting & Visualization Support: Help build and maintain basic reports and dashboards that clearly communicate performance metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Data Storytelling Assistance: Help communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making with clear and concise summaries
