Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable, and delivered on time. LCE consists of multiple disciplines supporting engineering, program offices, and customers, participating in the total life cycle of products from conception to deactivation, with a focus on product support including Reliability, System Safety, and Supportability. As a Cross Product Team Lead, you will be part of a larger team responsible for sustainment and maintenance activities supporting the LADS product line sustainment strategy. In collaboration with other Life Cycle and Field Engineering sustainment personnel, you will align strategic sustainment plans to enhance and improve sustainment and maintenance activities, create business growth, interface with the end user, and support process improvement while maintaining company policy and procedures. This role involves leading a multi-functional sustainment team consisting of indirect reports and working with domestic and international suppliers in support of the LADS product line.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or managing program cost, schedule or performance.
