Job Description: This job is responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end product life cycle for highly complex products. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing short and long-term strategies, and identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer experience. Job expectations include ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies. The Product Experience and Growth team within Consumer, Business, Wealth Management Banking & Lending Products team is focused on developing and delivering product solutions to drive revenue growth, client engagement and operational excellence. Solutions support cross-product teams and span new product strategies, initiatives and features in service of empowering clients and making their lives easier through delivery of best-in-class experiences. More specifically, this role leads end-to-end development and delivery of cross-product experience strategies and initiatives. Could include conducting research, analyzing data, and partnering with key stakeholders to develop a pipeline of opportunities, defining strategies to advance those opportunities, translating the strategy into tangible initiatives, and designing, developing and executing on those initiatives flawlessly.   • Leads and oversees a set of experiences, products or initiatives, including creation of comprehensive strategic or tactical plans for experience, product or initiative development and deployment
  • Performs analytics, assessments, and/or interpretation of data and/or information to identify business opportunities, derive insights, and measure outcomes
  • Responsible for measuring impact and ensuring flawless execution of experiences, strategies or initiatives in-implementation or already-implemented by monitoring client impacts (e.g. complaints, voices, satisfaction, engagement activity), managing P&L/funding/business case, supporting delivery teams
  • Provides information on experience and product trends acting as a subject matter expert to partner teams including digital, sales and marketing teams leveraging knowledge of product functionality, client insights, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape
  • Engages with key stakeholders, partners, and business leadership to deliver on business objectives
  • Solves complex problems and delivers on business initiatives and processes by applying subject matter expertise and technical knowledge of the business
  • Identifies and creates comprehensive plans for product development and deployment, including supporting the creation of sales training programs and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities
  • Oversees a set of products and maintains financials, including managing the investment profile and profit and loss (P&L) activities, such as revenue and profit margins
  • Provides information on product trends to sales and marketing teams leveraging knowledge of product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline or enhance product offerings to fit client's existing and future needs and support continued growth and operational excellence
  • Manages risk through implementing and monitoring effective controls in partnership with key support partners
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates
  • Develops and influences product strategy, driving products to provide comprehensive solutions across the bank

  • Prior product management experience or experience leading product growth or OpEx initiatives
  • Experience in strategic planning or leading strategic initiatives
  • Prior project management experience
  • Knowledge of Consumer Banking products and services
  • Advanced degree or designation (i.e., MBA, MS, CFA)
