About The Position
Applied Intuition is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Producer to be an operational partner to our Brand Studio. This role will be pivotal in driving the execution of design initiatives that require close collaboration between our Marketing and Design teams. The ideal candidate will be a master of project management, a clear communicator, and possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a cross-functional producer, program manager, or in a similar role, ideally within a dynamic marketing or creative setting
- A proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- A solid understanding of the creative development process, encompassing design principles, video production workflows, and digital asset creation
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in utilizing project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira)
Nice To Haves
- Experience working within the technology and/or automotive industries
- Familiarity with Agile or other relevant project management methodologies
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end marketing project lifecycles (website updates, campaigns, events, videos, digital assets) by establishing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) to track progress, manage dependencies, and provide stakeholder visibility
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, communicate roadblocks, and serve as the main point of contact between Marketing and Design
- Facilitate communication, lead meetings with agendas and action items, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify and implement workflow improvements, document best practices, and contribute to the evaluation of new productivity tools
