Reporting to the President of the Wells Fargo Foundation, this position will lead a small team and deploy philanthropic strategies that cross the Foundation's focus areas for specific segments, strategic relationships and opportunities. This leader will leverage philanthropic, volunteer and business resources to design measurable programs that help communities thrive with financially resilient families, vibrant small businesses, and affordable places to call home. This position can sit in Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Minneapolis, MN; San Francisco, CA or Washington, DC and offers a hybrid work schedule. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
