The hours will vary with class needs, ranging from 5 to 15 hours per week. Responsibilities include executing opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the facility, assisting in facility and equipment maintenance, and designing group warm-up protocols. The role also requires coordinating logistics for efficient gym operations, greeting clients, leading group coaching sessions, providing post-training feedback, and developing professional relationships with clients. Additionally, the coach must respond competently to emergency situations, participate in staff meetings, engage in professional development, and perform other duties as necessary.
