Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 4PM-1AM (Overtime is required) Warehouse team leaders are responsible for various job duties within the warehouse/distribution center. These duties include, but are not limited to, supervision and mentoring of up to 25 or more employees, preparing reports and completing audits. Ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met and exceeded, communicating with employees, management and customers. Determine work priorities, prepare work schedules, expedite workflow Understand and communicate productivity standards and goals Prepare reports, enter data in computer systems Ensure safety and sanitation standards and met, exceeded and maintained Assign tasks to personnel Audit tasks performed by warehouse personnel Complete reports and records in a timely manner Communicate with management Train new associates, plan, assign and direct work Resolve problems Qualifications Education/Experience A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred Saddle Creek is an Equal Opportunity employer and an Affirmative Action employer, as required by law. Requirements

  • Must maintain productivity and accuracy standards
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • May regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to work in a non-temperature controlled warehouse (meaning the indoor temperature fluctuates through each season)

Nice To Haves

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
