About the position

The Cross Currency Solutions Product Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving product innovation and delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. This position involves managing the end-to-end product life cycle, from strategy development to successful product launches, while ensuring alignment with customer expectations and market demands.

Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Manages North America Cross-Currency Xpedite Auto and IFX products.
  • Commercializes Xpedite Auto and IFX solutions by rolling out new corridors and onboarding new clients.
  • Conducts revenue planning and forecasting.
  • Leads completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverages specific payment rail knowledge to define requirements for critical flows and infrastructure within the overall product; works with engineers, architects, and designers to build the optimal technical and user experience strategies.
  • Understands and analyzes industry trends with Cross Currency Solutions and cash management, risk and regulatory developments, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Understanding of client payment needs in various industries including eCommerce.
  • Ability to use data to tell stories and drive behavior, and translate business objectives into quantifiable metrics.
  • Expert at creating management communications, presenting to large audiences (clients, management, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Experience with development in Cross Currency or Domestic Wires, ACH Payments, Real-time payments.
  • Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions in a complex tech environment.
