Duties: Mail Merge letters and address envelopes. Must be flexible, customer service oriented and willing to explain facility policies and procedures. Support for Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Graduate Assistants. Set up, breakdown of equipment. Qualifications: Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Adobe preferred. Must possess outstanding problem solving, communication and customer service skills. Must be flexible, collaborative and willing to work with a variety of different personalities. Provide set-up, audio-visual and other event related equipment or services as is necessary.
