About The Position

You will drive growth and capacity within our Cross Border operation, focusing on freight between the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This role blends carrier sales, relationship management, and cross-border solution support while partnering closely with Customer Sales and Operations. Requirements

  • Experience with Cross Border Carrier Sales 2-3 years needed.
  • Exemplify a proven track record of high performance
  • Strong writing and speaking skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships through outbound prospecting, referrals, and lead generation
  • Support Cross Border customer growth by participating in demos and contributing to RFPs
  • Identify opportunities to improve service offerings, value proposition, and sales cadence
  • Deliver exceptional customer and carrier service daily
  • Represent TransLoop professionally in every interaction
  • Leverage our technology platform to optimize carrier performance and workflows
  • Partner with Operations and Afterhours to ensure smooth execution and resolve service issues
  • Maintain frequent contact with carriers to ensure engagement, performance, and capacity
