You will be supported by the HUB Great Plains regional office and HUB International corporate office with the opportunity to create your own entrepreneurial journey. Your Impact as a Sales Executive Conduct sales, service, and solicitation of crop/farm insurance business. Maximize growth and client retention through superior customer service. Develop accounts and cross-sell available products and services. Generate and pursue new client opportunities within the agricultural sector. Present HUB's crop/farm insurance services and solutions at prospect meetings. Bring new business prospects to closure. Retain clients by maintaining solid business-to-business relationships. Utilize our CRM platform to track wins and losses for individual sales goals. Quote from carriers and third-party vendors for new and existing business. Provide exceptional service with accuracy and timeliness in completing policy documents. Develop and maintain relationships with carrier representatives and remain educated on carrier systems, products, and services. Assist in the submission and processing of claims following industry standards. Maintain a high level of competency in crop insurance coverages and various offerings from our insurance partners. Broaden knowledge of the industry through continuing education. Follow HUB Broker Standards policies and procedures. Travel as necessary, including occasional overnight stays. What You Bring 3–5+ years of successful sales experience (B2B preferred). Agriculture/crop insurance experience or deep knowledge of the agricultural industry strongly preferred. State property and casualty insurance license, or ability to obtain, required. Bachelor's degree or Associate degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience). Knowledge of insurance agency operations and experience with agency management systems/CRM platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong ability to assess client needs. Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and function independently with minimal supervision. Team player with a great attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of successful sales experience (B2B preferred).
