Requirements
- A high school diploma/GED equivalent
- A valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A or B
- Have obtained or are able & willing to obtain the following licenses/certifications; Registered Technician OR Commercial Applicator License OR Private Applicator License
- Forklift Certification
- Dedication to safety and compliance
- A passion & enthusiasm to work with our cooperative customers
- A desire to learn, grow and work as a cross-functional team member with other divisions within EverGRO
Nice To Haves
- Preferred at least 6 months of CDL professional driving experience
- Preferred knowledge & experience in agronomy/agriculture, preferably with seed, chemicals, inventory, crop protectants, etc.
- Preferred at least one (1) year of experience applying fertilizer, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and other treatment products and/or working in an agricultural, crop protectant or pest control environment
