Requirements

Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
Active and unrestricted New Jersey State license or ability to obtain prior to start date
Demonstrated clinical experience across a diverse range of anesthesia cases
Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team
Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach to care
Commitment to the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence

Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia across a well-rounded case mix including orthopedic, ENT, general surgery, and some neurosurgery
OB coverage available for those who want it - not required
Collaborate closely with a collegial team of physicians and CRNAs committed to safe, efficient, and patient-centered care
Monitor patients' vital signs throughout procedures and make real-time adjustments to maintain optimal patient comfort and safety
Provide attentive post-anesthesia care and oversee patient recovery with a focus on quality outcomes
