About The Position

Envision Healthcare is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Minimum CRNA experience of 2 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established group of 6 physicians and 26 APPs. This well-respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and provides services to AdventHealth Tampa, AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, AdventHealth Carrollwood. The team performs all cases except for burns, transplants, and trauma. Highlights of this opportunity include: Newly increased compensation $75K start date bonus with 3-year commitment Chief stipend Relocation assistance ACT: 6 Physicians and 19 APPs 350 bed hospital 15 sites of service including endo and OB Flexible scheduling 8, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 24-hour shifts Sister sites: AdventHealth Tampa and AdventHealth Wesley Chapel ACT: 36 Physicians and 100 APPs between the three hospitals Minimal beeper call from home, 30-minute call back OT opportunities available if desired Envision offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, CME allowance, medical, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, parental leave, life insurance, 401(K) with employer contribution and 100% paid malpractice with tail coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling
