About The Position
CRNA positions open at Shore Outpatient Surgicenter in historic Lakewood, NJ! Description Shore Outpatient Surgicenter offers a high-quality, service-oriented environment for surgical procedures. This well-established facility has been open for 25 years, with many staff members working for more than 10 years. Great working environment with a supportive team and low turnover rate. The surgicenter runs 5 rooms (3 Urology and 2 GI). Anesthesia staffing is 1:2 or 1:3. Awards Shore Outpatient Surgicenter is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Requirements Responsibilities Pre-anesthesia assessment Obtains and/or verifies patient consent Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition Performance of clinical intervention as needed
Requirements
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
Responsibilities
- Pre-anesthesia assessment

- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
