About The Position
Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join our team at Scenic Mountain Medical Center in Big Spring, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly autonomous provider looking for flexibility, low case volume, and an outstanding work-life balance in a solo CRNA model. Position Highlights: Compensation/Schedule Options: Option 1: $580,000 annually (1099) for full-time (52 weeks/year) - with vacation buy back! Option 2: $290,000 annually (1099) for 26 weeks/year Schedule: Independent, solo CRNA model with cases typically completed before lunch Call: No in-house call; 30-minute response time Case Mix: OB (approx. 15 deliveries/month), GYN, GI, Podiatry, Urology, General Surgery No CV, Neuro, or Vascular cases Daily Staffing: Solo CRNA coverage – enjoy full clinical autonomy Contractor Perks: Independent 1099 contractor model Semi-monthly pay Malpractice insurance (including tail coverage) Access to group-rate health benefits Full-time and part-time Low case volume (under 100 cases/month)
