About The Position
Description Administers anesthetic care for the purpose of facilitating diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical procedures. Responsibilities Performs and documents a pre-anesthetic assessment and evaluation of the patient. Develops and implements an anesthetic plan of care, including monitoring modalities and post-anesthesia follow-up evaluation and care. Selects, obtains, and administers the anesthetic plan of care, including induction, maintenance, and emergence phase anesthesia. Salary: $189,280 - $314,080 Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience Calculated based on a full time position
Requirements
- Education: Required: Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
- Experience: Required: 2 years of clinical experience working in a physician office.
- Certifications: Required: Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
- Valid Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Licensed in applicable state within 30 days.
- Additional certification(s) per governing board and in accordance with the facility Medical Staff Bylaws.
