Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse licensure and compliance with state board regulations
- Graduate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Certification (or pending certification) from the Council of Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
- Ongoing compliance with professional education requirements and standards
- Eligibility for malpractice insurance coverage
- Frequent standing, walking, and manual dexterity for clinical procedures
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, handle medical equipment, and safely transfer patients
- Capable of managing high-pressure and stressful situations effectively
- Comfortable working flexible and unpredictable hours, including extended computer use
