About The Position
CRNA Opportunity | Acadiana Endoscopy Center (AEC) | Lafayette, LA Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-oriented, experienced CRNA to join the team at Acadiana Endoscopy Center (AEC) in Lafayette, Louisiana. This is a solo-practice Endo setting offering autonomy, efficiency, and strong work-life balance within a cohesive, tenured team. Position Highlights: Base Salary of $190,000 W2 with earning potential up to $220,000! Quarterly retention bonuses Annual case count bonus 6 Weeks Off CRNA-only site – enjoy working independently Endoscopy only: Upper EGD & Colonoscopies 4 sites of service daily and average 45 cases per day Mon – Fri, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM schedule CRNAs here enjoy an average 35-hour work week Peel-off system – opportunity to leave early when cases finish.
