CRNA- Rubschlager Ambulatory - Part Time
About The Position
Centrally located in the medical district of Chicago, The Joan and Paul Rubschlager Building was designed to provide personalized and convenient care for patients with enhanced features that elevate your healthcare experience. The location opened in February of 2023. The 10-story outpatient care center will also house other departments and clinical services, including endoscopy and gastroenterology services, and the Lung Center. Mon-Fri – 7am-3pm and 7am-5pm. No call, no weekends and no holidays! We are offering a part-time role with a 30-hour workweek. Enjoy full-time benefits, including comprehensive health coverage and retirement plans. Requirements
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
Responsibilities
- Pre-anesthesia assessment
- Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
- Performance of clinical intervention as needed
