About The Position

The Heart Hospital of Austin features 6 ORs, 1 EP lab & NORA cases, in a specialty adult 72 bed facility. Surgeons are exceptionally caring with great outcomes. Professional autonomy, within a team model in an award-winning hospital, is another aspect which makes our practice special. We have close & collaborative working relationships within our anesthesia team, with our surgeons, and with hospital staff. We work hard to provide excellent care of our high acuity patients. Shifts No call, weekends, holidays. We do not have shifts, but use a “peel/waterfall” integrated staffing model resulting in some shorter, some longer days. Requirements

Current license as a registered professional nurse
Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
