About The Position
Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Ardent Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. Position Highlights: Exceptional compensation: $300K base 1099 Additional pay for OB shifts, post-call, and hours beyond 40/week Earning potential up to $350K+ Sign-On Bonus Offered Student stipend up to 1 year before starting! Diverse, high-acuity case mix: General, Urology, Orthopedic, GYN, Major Burn Center, Minimal Peds, Hepatobiliary, Vascular, EP Labs, Neuro Spine/Brain, Complex OB, and Neonatal Surgery. Perform at the top of your license: CRNAs perform their own neuraxial blocks and lines. Strong emphasis on ERAS and regional anesthesia. Competitive call schedule: Shared among 18 CRNAs, with an average of 2–4 calls per month — more available by request. Daily CRNA coverage: 18–20 CRNAs onsite covering 24 active anesthesia locations each day. Collaborative, experienced team: 25 full-time/part-time CRNAs, 4 general Anesthesiologists daily, 4 CV Anesthesiologists, and student Nurse Anesthetists.
