Envision is seeking full-time, part-time and PRN CRNAs (new grads welcome!) to join our dynamic and collaborative team at AdventHealth Ocala. Join an Anesthesia Care Team comprised of 8 Anesthesiologists and 27 CRNAs. At AdventHealth Ocala we value our employees and encourage work/life balance. Highlights of this opportunity include: $100K Date Bonus with 3 year note Newly Increased Compensation Annual Case Volume of 12K-14K with 16 ORs, Endo suite, OB Suite, Neuro IR suite OB Volume: 2,500 annually Case Mix: General, OB, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, Gastro, Bariatrics, Neuro IR, and minimal healthy Peds. No Trauma, No Open Hearts. Flexible scheduling – 8s, 10s, 12, 16s, and 24s in OB Anesthetists perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals and epidurals Excellent culture and strong leadership Light call beeper from home!
