About The Position

Murfreesboro Medical Clinic & SurgiCenter (MMC) is a physician-owned, multi-specialty clinic with 20+ specialties, and we’re currently seeking two full-time CRNAs to join our team at a free-standing, outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Murfreesboro, TN. Position Highlights: Starting Salary: $190,000 4 ten-hour shifts: no nights, weekend, or on-call responsibilities; new graduates welcome 6 weeks of PTO, 8 paid holidays (including Christmas Eve & the Friday after Thanksgiving) Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, HSA, 401(k) with company match, gym membership reimbursement, wellness programs $1500 annually for continuing education Licensure and professional dues paid Specialties Covered: GI, Ophthalmology, ENT, General Surgery, Gynecology, Plastics, & Podiatry

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and an accredited nurse anesthesia program required
  • Current Tennessee RN license and APN certification required
  • Current certification through NBCRNA required
  • Current BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of CRNA experience preferred
  • Expertise in anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and patient monitoring
  • Skilled in assessing patient health and managing intraoperative changes
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities
  • Efficient in fast-paced surgical settings
  • Proficient in EMR documentation and basic computer applications

Nice To Haves

  • ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
  • New graduates welcome

Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and create individualized care plans.
  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia as needed.
  • Monitor and adjust anesthesia during procedures.
  • Complete invasive tasks such as IV starts and anesthesia-specific procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment, medications, and supplies.
  • Document assessments, interventions, and intraoperative monitoring accurately.
  • Educate patients and families on anesthesia and perioperative expectations.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams and manage emergencies per protocol.
