About The Position

Responsible for the administration of anesthesia and anesthesia-related care in (1) Pre-Anesthetic preparation and evaluation; (2) Anesthesia induction, maintenance and emergence; (3) Post Anesthesia Care: (4) Peri-Anesthetic and clinical support functions. Works collaboratively under the anesthesiologist and the overall direction of the OR Manager, Director of Surgical Services and Vice President of Patient Care Services.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthetist.
• Current licensure to practice as a CRNA in the state of Missouri.
• BLS Certification.
• ACLS Certification.
• PALS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic preparation and evaluation.
• Manage anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence.
• Provide post-anesthesia care.
• Support peri-anesthetic and clinical functions.
