About The Position

RUSH SurgiCenter, located in downtown Chicago, invites applications for the position of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). The CRNA will function under the medical direction of the anesthesiologist with regard to pre anesthetic, anesthetic and post anesthetic patient management. The RUSH ambulatory SurgiCenter has surgical volumes of all categories and ranks #1 in Illinois by Newsweek's America's Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current IL RN/APN license.
• CPR and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for a variety of cases in outpatient setting.
• Function as a faculty member and supervise SRNAs in the nurse anesthesia program.
