About The Position
Envision Physician Services is excited to offer a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) opportunity at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital, a 410-bed facility located in the vibrant community of Brandon, Florida. This position is part of the established Brandon Anesthesia Associates team, which consists of 14 physicians and 39 anesthetists. The hospital provides a diverse case mix, including emergency room services, obstetrical care, and emergency surgical services available around the clock. It also features same-day surgery services and has received a Center-of-Excellence designation for spine and bariatric surgery. The facility is equipped with an active cardiothoracic surgery and interventional program, a GI and pulmonary endoscopy program, and a neonatal intensive care unit, making it a comprehensive healthcare provider in the region. As a CRNA at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary ranging from $185,000 to $205,000, depending on experience, along with a $100,000 start date bonus and a relocation bonus. The position offers flexible shifts with no weekday call and only 8-10 weekend call shifts per year. You will also benefit from 7 to 9 weeks of paid time off (PTO), an annual retention bonus, and an education stipend for students. Overtime opportunities are available at a rate of 1.5 times for hours worked over 40 per week.
