Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active WA license, DEA, State CDS
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience

Responsibilities

• Practice Independently in a full-service, Level 2 Trauma Center
• Manage a case variety including General, ortho, neuro, GYN, urology, GI, plastics, robotics, and OB
• Perform regional lines, epidurals, and spinals
• Work flexible shifts including 10s, 12s, 14s, and 24s

Benefits

• W2 Salary based on experience: 0–2 yrs: $235,040; 2–5 yrs: $260,000; 5+ yrs: $291,200
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10,000 (with receipts)
• PTO: 7 weeks (includes CME)
