About The Position
Guthrie Cortland Medical Center is seeking several qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a community hospital setting with a care team model alongside a collegial group of established Anesthesiologists and CRNAs. The hospital features four operating rooms and provides a wide spectrum of cases, excluding cardiac, thoracic, and neurosurgery, with a significant number of regional cases. The Anesthesia Department efficiently manages the operating room schedule, ensuring a smooth and productive workday for all staff. The position is full-time, with a competitive salary range of $220,000 to $270,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, a starting bonus of $40,000 is offered, or candidates may opt for loan forgiveness of $100,000 payable over six years in lieu of the starting bonus. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and disability insurance, as well as malpractice/liability insurance with tail coverage. The Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) includes employer matching and age-based contributions, along with allowances for licensure fees and renewals.
