About The Position

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position at Excela Health involves providing high-quality anesthesia and pain care services across various settings. The CRNA will work both autonomously and collaboratively with an interprofessional team to care for patients of all acuity levels throughout their lifespan, participating in procedures such as surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
• Current PA RN license.
• Certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
• Healthcare Provider CPR, ACLS certification, and Act 33/73 Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and pain management services to patients across various settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels during procedures.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
• Educate patients and their families about anesthesia and pain management options.
