About The Position

CentraCare is seeking CRNA's to join their Anesthesia department based in Willmar, MN. This is a casual position, with the option to work when convenient for you. Shifts are available Monday to Friday, from 7am to 3:30pm, with occasional late shifts. The position involves using the Epic EMR system and working alongside a team of 9 CRNAs and 2 MDs. The variety of cases includes pediatrics, obstetrics, epidurals, ENT, general surgery, endoscopic robotic surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, podiatry, and all pain blocks. The practice includes both medical direction and CRNA-only cases, with approximately 10 cases per CRNA per day at the surgery center and 4 per day at the hospital.

Requirements

• Current CRNA certification and licensure.
• Ability to work flexible hours as a casual employee.
• Experience with a variety of anesthesia cases.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Epic EMR system.
• Previous work in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases including peds, OB, ENT, General, Endo Robotic, Ortho, Gyn, Urology, and Podiatry.
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient management.
• Work collaboratively with a team of CRNAs and MDs in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.
• Manage approximately 10 cases per day at the surgery center and 4 cases per day at the hospital.
