About The Position

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current California RN license posted on the BRN.
• At least 1+ years of Acute Care RN experience.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire or transfer into the job.
• PALS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire or transfer into the job.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center.
• Additional certifications in Critical Care, Trauma, Pediatric, and Sexual Assault and Forensic Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for each patient in the Emergency Department.
• Deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
• Ensure the unit runs safely and efficiently.
• Participate in paid training for ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care in a challenging environment.
