About The Position

Join our team as a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) at Avita of Stroudwater, where we focus on enriching lives through compassionate care. We are looking for individuals to work overnight shifts, including every other weekend. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, and we are committed to providing a supportive environment for our staff.

Requirements

• Successful completion of state competency exam for CNA, PSS and/or CRMA.
• Ability to move and assist residents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine care and empathy for residents' well-being.
• Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs.
• Ability to work well with healthcare professionals as part of the Wellness team.
• Adherence to ethical standards and maintaining resident information privacy.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Serve meals and ensure residents receive the right nutrition, following dietary guidelines and preferences.
• Manage laundry efficiently to maintain cleanliness and comfort for residents.
• Address residents' needs quickly and with empathy, providing attentive care.
• Collaborate with other care professionals to maintain an effective care team.
• Document observations and updates on residents' conditions to keep accurate records.
• Adhere to safety rules and infection control measures to ensure residents' health.
• Participate in training and education to continuously improve caregiving skills.
