Williams College is pleased to announce the opening for a CRM Systems Analyst. The CRM Systems Analyst supports the Office of College Relations (OCR) by managing software that supports the '68 Center for Career Exploration, Alumni Relations, Development, and other divisions at Williams. Join the team that is implementing a new fundraising CRM. The work will be interesting and varied, to include data transformation, data validation, portal creation, workflows, and integrations. You will become an expert in an up-and-coming software tool to create automations, custom reports, and queries. You will assist the Data Analysis team with the creation of interactive dashboards. You can participate in numerous process improvement projects as we revisit every existing business process and reimagine it in the new system.
