About The Position

Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is looking for a CRM Specialist to help deliver a full range of marketing communications. Reporting into our CRM Manager, you will play an integral role on the Marketing team as well as the wider FBG organization.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience using CRM tools (Braze, SalesForce, XtremePush, OptiMove, MovableInk, etc).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline.
  • Must have strong communication skills, and a willingness to present ideas and findings.
  • Must have the ability to analyze data in real-time and adjust strategy to optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong problem solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player that is collaborative and able to work cross-functionally across different teams at Fanatics.
  • A passion for sports, gaming and entertainment products that drives empathetic and thoughtful decisions around communicating with product users.

Responsibilities

  • Help build and execute campaigns that deliver against CRM goals, leveraging email, push and in-app messaging to activate and retain FBG customers.
  • Support daily operations of 360 campaign execution, asset management, monitoring and reporting.
  • Work directly with our VIP team to improve retention rates by implementing Email, Push, and In-app messages at key moments in the user journey.
  • Assist in strategy development for VIP programs with wider CRM teams, Promo Ops, and VIP team.
  • Implement personalization strategy to recreate 1:1 touchpoints that Account Managers have.
  • Work directly with Account Managers for any potential client outreach for communications or promotions.
  • Develop detailed campaign briefs that clearly communicate requirements, deliverables and success metrics and provide feedback and approval of assets in partnership with the creative team.
  • QA assets prior to execution, ensuring each campaign is tested and functions as expected.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams from Marketing Ops, Loyalty, Product Marketing, Fanatics CRM and more to develop communications, promotions and tactics that advance Fanatics retention goals.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service and VIP teams to understand customer friction points and refine campaigns and tactics as needed to improve experience and reduce contact rates.
