The Customer Relationship Management Specialist supports the organization's digital marketing processes and operations. This role will drive and implement Customer Relationship Management processes, programs and high-impact initiatives across the customer’s lifecycle that drives customer growth & retention, revenue generation, and overall health improvement. The Specialist will help to manage, implement and deliver triggered-based communications, journeys, automations and ad-hock one-time sends. Responsible for monitoring campaign effectiveness and developing a continuous optimization plan. This position is an exciting role with a blend of execution, technical abilities and strategy. An integral part of this role is to administer the CRM, data and marketing automation platforms as well as working with other departments (data, technology, operations, etc.) and vendors to maintain the quality of the product, data and integrations. The Specialist will also be responsible for coordinating all campaign deliverables, working adaptively and with internal team and/or agency partners to deliver to plans and budget. This position will be expected to provide consultation with marketing groups to define the best approach to the use of the CRM and marketing automation platforms. Must have experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
